Becoming world’s emperor is an equal opportunity undertaking between developed countries and the third world. It is a fight based on wicked mentality and dirty wealth. In the third world, the riches can become extremely rich because money and possessions can be sucked from the whole nation easily; through corruption and ignorance, for example.
All is due to evil motives of the insufficient.
The insufficient is someone who never has enough. If he can take other individuals’ or businesses’ wealth, he would step up the ladder to grasp national wealth. If he manages to take national wealth, he would step up the ladder to grasp the global wealth.
During these several years, we experienced that bird flu can deplete world poultry population most effectively. If the virus was manufactured, disseminated and incubated nationwide in a country, it could grow in volume and intensity, enough to be scattered worldwide either by natural carriers or by logistics.
After the virus has landed in a country, the government of that country need to be responsible for mass culling (depleting national food rapidly) by themselves on their own budget.
Monopolistic position can be achieved as competitors gradually lost their business. Immediate mass culling strategy is effective tool for killing competitors. If a few chickens die with bird flu like symptom, and all the rest in the whole farm are culled, and every time the farm starts to have large flock, the culling team visits over and over; at the end none of the competitors could survive.
In Thailand around the fourth quarter of 2005, after the number of bird flu positive cases had declined, a strange phenomenon was observed: the number of culling without any real presence of the disease jumped exponentially. It seemed the learning curve of the authority in diagnosing the flu developed in strongly negative direction, which was unnatural. Without regard to either explanations or excuses, it can well mean that small and medium sized farms were forced out of business by those having power to cull. The situation remains, in sporadic fashion however, up to now.

As apparently healthy and unaffected birds were to be culled merely on the basis of suspicion (ref **2), mass culling then serves two purposes, eliminating competitors and accelerating food depletion!
Based on retrospective study, scholars involved with bird flu started to doubt that the virus carriers might not be natural ones.
Quoting the Natural Resource Management (NRM) Coordinator of WWF Pakistan: “When we look at the states where avian influenza cases have been reported, it is found that these countries are located on the trade route and not on the route followed by migratory birds … How is it possible that birds seriously sick with H5N1 could travel such a long distance between Siberia to Pakistan and other far-flung countries and reach safely to their destination and even return back to their homelands after infecting only the chickens?” (ref **3)
According to the author’s observation, as many people said bird flu did not require a visa, it was doubtful why in the first two countries most heavily attacked, bird flu spread was strictly limited within country’s border for years, and mainly on logistic paths?
One distribution scenario of the man-made bio-weapon case is the possibility of mixing just a small portion in each feed container being delivered to retailers and farms! And what about randomly throwing such feed on the lakeside where migratory birds gather, to put the blame on the poor animal just like the way innocent officials were blamed in order to be replaced with politician’s personnel!
If there have been attempts to enslave the world, the next bio-weapon should be targeted on pigs and cows, world strategic food items, which are mammals.
According to a number of news media in Thailand, there were widespread deaths of cats and dogs (over 500 within 2-3 days) in two provinces of Thailand in March this year. This means that spread of fatal mammal infection is also effective. It could then follow bird flu pattern, and mass culling of pigs and cows can be expected in the future, which will accelerate world food depletion to alarming level.
The event took place at the same time in two separated provinces, then abruptly vanished without natural fade-in and fade-out pattern. This behaviour corresponds more to validation testing.

In Thailand, our Kings had created strong barriers to protect people against slavery: King Rama the Fifth abolished slavery and King Rama the Ninth developed SUFFICIENCY principle in order to teach people to live together peacefully without taking advantage of and damaging others. Since it opposed the direction of the insufficient; there are now huge efforts to demote the King and the privy councillors and play down SUFFICIENCY principle.
Globalization means what happens in a country does not necessarily affect only that country, but could do harm to the whole world. It is therefore essential for all nations to watch out carefully for traces of enslaving effort according to the food depletion bio-weapon scenario, and to find every means to take proactive actions instead of aftermath measures; because damage to the whole world would be too devastating for any of us to accommodate or recover.
This paper is written as a part of proactive attempt to reduce risk to the world.
